The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has called on its members to prioritize purchasing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) products from the Dangote Refinery, citing the best affordable prices.
In a statement signed by IPMAN National President Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi Shettima, the association expressed delight over a recent agreement with Dangote Petroleum Refinery to supply PMS products directly to registered IPMAN members, with free delivery commencing in January 2026.
IPMAN, controlling over 80% of the PMS retail market, assured Nigerians of no PMS supply gaps or scarcity. Shettima praised the Dangote Refinery’s support for the Federal Government, evident in regular petroleum price reductions.
The association commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership and the refinery’s focus on domestic refining, saying it would eradicate imports, create jobs, and attract investors. IPMAN also congratulated new oil and gas regulatory heads, urging them to address over N190 billion in outstanding bridging claims owed its members.
The partnership between Dangote Refinery and IPMAN aims to make life better for Nigerians, with IPMAN confident in the Federal Government’s oil and gas policies.
