The Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr Ekem Emmanuel John, announced performance-driven reforms aimed at strengthening accountability, efficiency, and service delivery in the health sector. He stated that the reforms mark a shift towards results-based governance, where performance, impact, and measurable outcomes will guide leadership decisions.
