Bobrisky in the News Again Over Romantic Secret DMs

Posted on May 16, 2025

Popular Nigerian internet sensation Bobrisky has stirred social media once again, this time calling out media personality Radiogad for allegedly sliding into his Instagram DMs with romantic intentions.

Radiogad, known for his radio presence and involvement in Nigeria’s entertainment space, was accused by Bobrisky of making repeated advances and compliments in private messages. In a live Instagram session, Bobrisky did not mince words, labeling Radiogad a “clout chaser” and threatening to expose him fully if he denied the allegations.

Bobrisky, born Idris Okuneye, has long been a controversial figure in Nigeria’s pop culture landscape. Known for his bold personality, unapologetic attitude, and often flamboyant lifestyle, he rose to fame through social media, where he shares updates on his personal life, beauty routines, and relationships.

In the now-viral video, Bobrisky opened up about the alleged messages from Radiogad. “Radiogad is always in my DM, saying, ‘Hi baby,’ ‘You look good,’ ‘You’re beautiful,’” Bobrisky revealed. “This guy has been shooting his shot low-key. I just laugh, because when people try to chase clout with my name, I keep receipts.” He went on to say, “He is a clout chaser. If he dares deny it, I will post the screenshots. I don’t talk anyhow, I always have proof.”

The public reaction has been mixed, with some fans praising Bobrisky for his openness, while others questioned the motive behind the reveal. Meanwhile, Radiogad has yet to issue any public response to the accusations. Bobrisky further emphasized that he wasn’t seeking attention with the revelation but was simply tired of people pretending publicly while acting differently in private.
